Our Screen Printing Process
Our decoration partners use water based inks whenever possible, and will select the printing process best suited for your logo and garments. We specialize in providing printed apparel for schools, clubs, teams, and businesses. But we can help with much more too.
- Design Creation: The process typically begins with the creation of a custom design. Please send us artwork in any standard file format, or/and font name. We use specialized software to rip the file into layers and convert it into a format that DTG or DTF printers can read.
- Fabric and Garment Selection: We provide a wide selection of wearables that can be personalized with your logo.

Once the design, fabric, and garment, are selected, the direct to garment printing process begins. This involves pre-treating the fabric with a solution that helps the ink to adhere, loading the garment onto the printing platen to be printed, then curing with heat and pressure to ensure good adhesion. - Waterbased Ink: Ideal for natural fabrics and blends, water based inks are bright colored, and provide a soft "hand" feel, while also avoiding the downsides of using harsh chemicals.
- Direct To Film is a printing method where a design is printed onto a transfer sheet, and then heat transferred to garments or caps. This is ideal for synthetic fabrics and caps.
- Personalization and Customization: We offer the flexibility to personalize each item according to individual preferences.
