However, due to the customized nature of our embroidered and decorated garments, our cancellation and returns policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers. Cancellation Policy:

• Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled without any charge before they have been processed for shipping to our decoration facility from the mill.
• Immediate Action Required: Our partner mills process orders very quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. We will make every effort to intercede on your behalf.
• After Shipping from Mill: Once your order has been shipped from the mill, we regret that we cannot cancel it. At this stage, your order is in process, and we are preparing it for customization according to your specifications.

Returns Policy:

• Satisfaction Guarantee: After you have received your garments, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
• Resolution Process: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage customers to reach out to us directly to discuss any concerns or issues with their order. Our team is committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution, whether that involves a replacement, adjustment, or other corrective action.
