Our Embroidery Process
Our decoration partners use top quality machines, run by highly trained decorators who ensure each project is retail quality. We specialize is providing customized embroidery for schools, clubs, teams, and businesses. But we can help with much more too.
- Design Creation: The process typically begins with the creation of a custom design. Please send us an artwork in any standard file format, or/and font name. We use specialized software to digitize the design, converting it into a format that embroidery machines can understand.
- Fabric and Garment Selection: We provide a wide selection of wearables that can be personalized with your logo.

- Tee shirts, polo shirts, and button down shirts for everyday wear, or uniforms.
- Outergear, hoodies, jackets to keep your team warm in style.
- Headwear such as caps, beanies, and visors, customized to make your team look unified.

We have a wide selection of thread colors to match the design and fabric. We usually select colors based on your artwork. We also carry other thread options such as thinner threads, fire restance threads and metallic threads. Please contact us in advance if you want these options.

Once the design, fabric, garment, and thread colors are selected, the embroidery process begins. This involves hooping the fabric or garment securely in an embroidery machine and running the programmed design through the machine. The machine automatically stitches the design onto the fabric according to the digitized pattern.
