We do traditional embroidery, as well as specialty services, including 3D puff embroidery, applique incorporated with embroidery, specialty threads. If you have an unusual project, please reach out to us.

Our average turn time is between 5 and 7 days.

Yes, you can ship or drop off your own garments for us to embroider. Please check out the “you provide” tab at the top of the website. Not that the garments do need to be brand new for us to be able to decorate them, but you can purchase elsewhere and bring / send to us.

Any graphic file format is fine. If we are experiencing any issues with the artwork you have uploaded, we will be in touch.

Yes, please reach out to us by email or chat for rush services. Rush services are available on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We recommend following the care instructions on the garment that has been embroidered. Other than following the normal care for the garment embroidered, there aren’t any embroidery specific steps that we recommend. Embroidery is very durable and long lasting.

Yes, embroidery is limited to a maximum of 15 thread colors per logo, and we will match to the closest color we stock, however unlike printing, your logo will be rendered in thread, so color matching often does involve best-match compromises.

1 location 4 inches or less embroidery decoration is included for no additional charge. Additional location or larger embroidery can be selected during the check out process. If you have any question on pricing for a specific order, or if you require something that is not part of the standard checkout options, please do reach out to us by email or chat, we can accommodate special requests.

Yes, please view shipping options on check out. We can ship anywhere in the continental United States, via UPS.
