How do we do it? Advanced Sewing Technology

At Custom Embellishment, our embroidery process begins with cutting-edge technology.

Our state-of-the-art sewing machines are at the core of what we do. 

We use 8 and 6 head Tajima and Barudan embroidery machines with 15 needles each per each sewing head.  This advanced setup allows for efficient and seamless thread color changes, ensuring each piece we embroider is done with precision and consistency.

Unlike the sewing machine you might have at home, our equipment is fully automated, programmed to execute intricate designs with high-tech manufuacturing precision.  Skill in programing our machines is also critical to high performance and quality.
